Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
